Hey there, friends!
Can you believe it's already another month? Time really knows how to sail by! We couldn't be more stoked to connect with you again. We hope this email finds you in good spirits and geared up for an awesome month ahead. Let's dive right in!
Let's catch up on what's been happening since our last email: It's been a whirlwind lately! We've been working hard on Haven, our sailing boat, and juggling some awesome creative projects. And guess what? We're back out on the open seas! No more marina life for us. It's such a fantastic feeling to be on the other side of that rock wall, ready for new adventures. Woohoo! Our monthly tip for you: Hydration is key, friends! It's important to keep your body happy and energized with enough water and electrolytes. While we're not affiliated with LMNT, we wanted to give a shoutout to our favourite electrolyte drink. We've been enjoying LMNT for the past couple of months, and it has made a noticeable difference, especially on those action-packed, physically demanding days!
LMNT: https://drinklmnt.com/ If you’re in Australia, you can order them from: https://www.electrolytesaustralia.com.au/s/order?shipping=true LMNT electrolytes are a game-changer! They're an electrolyte drink mix that replaces crucial electrolytes without the added sugars and harmful ingredients typically found in conventional sports drinks. With their clean ingredients, customization options, and elevated electrolyte levels, they're perfect for individuals who are physically active or sweat a lot (for instance, in hot climates). However, if you're less active or don't sweat as much, the higher sodium levels in LMNT may not be required for you. Take into account your personal needs to determine the most suitable electrolyte product for you. What we're watching: Looking to explore the wonders of the human body? Look no further than The Institute of Human Anatomy on YouTube! This unique channel takes an immersive approach, using real human cadavers to showcase what's really going on inside. A cadaver is a deceased human body that is used for medical study and research. At The Institute of Human Anatomy, they use these real cadavers to provide incredible insights into the inner workings of our bodies. From dissecting bodies to uncovering the mysteries of various health conditions, their videos offer a fascinating journey into the intricate world of human anatomy. These videos with real cadavers are next-level fascinating—we can't get enough!
Fun fact:
The ocean contains over 20 million tons of gold. While it's not economically viable to extract this gold from seawater, it demonstrates the vast mineral resources hidden within the depths of the ocean. Looks like we'll have to convince Poseidon to give us the key to his vault! Monthly inspo: Here are two gems of inspiration for you this month!
"Be bold like the ocean, fearless like a sailor, and unstoppable like a tidal wave!" - Unknown "Be like a seashell: beautiful, unique, and always carry the sound of the sea within you." - Unknown
