How to Select Your Favourites

We’ve made it easy for you to browse, shortlist and select your favourite images and video clips from your gallery.

Your gallery may include photos, video clips, featured videos, or a mix of media depending on the project.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open Your Gallery

Click the gallery link we’ve sent you and browse through the collection.

2. Heart Anything You Like

To save something you like, click the heart icon on any photo or video.

When you heart something, it will be saved to your Favourites. This is the easiest way to quickly mark anything you’re interested in.

You don’t need to make final decisions straight away. You can use Favourites as a broad first pass, then narrow things down further later.

3. Create Collections to Organise Your Selections

If you’d like to organise your selections further, you can create Collections inside the gallery.

Collections are helpful if you want to group your favourites in a way that makes sense for your project.

For example, you might create Collections such as:

  • Shortlist

  • Final shortlist

  • Product-based selections

  • Location-based selections

You can also use Collections to narrow things down in stages. For example, you might create a broad shortlist first, then make a smaller final shortlist once you’ve reviewed everything.

If your project covers multiple places, products, experiences or campaign themes, Collections are a good way to keep everything organised.

4. Let Us Know When You’re Done

Once you’ve finished making your selections, send us a quick message to let us know.

We’ll be able to view your Favourites and Collections on our side, then prepare the next steps based on what you’ve selected.

Purchasing Images or Video Clips

Once your selections are final, we can prepare a quote based on the images and/or video clips you’d like to purchase.

After confirmation, we’ll prepare your selected files in the most suitable formats.

For images, this may include:

  • High-resolution files

  • Web-resolution files

  • Instagram-ready files

Videos vary more broadly depending on the project, usage and whether any editing is required.

Final Refinements

Before sending final image files, we may complete a final refinement pass where needed.

This usually includes small editing tweaks, removing distractions, cleaning up the image and making sure the final files feel polished and ready to use.

Video Editing and Enhancements

If you’ve selected video clips that you’d like edited, we can help with this at an additional cost.

This may include:

  • Colour grading

  • Cropping or resizing for social media

  • Short-form edits for Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts

  • Simple clip clean-up or polish

  • More complete edited videos, depending on what you need
